We flew to Mexico. It was not as impressive as I had hoped. But this photo seemed funny to me. Pilots don't have Bring-your-child-to-work-days. But if they did I bet you'd see more first officers nursing their kids in the cockpit!
It was actually Logan's class and they will remain in Mexico until April 17th. At that point the parents will join them for a fiesta and we'll all fly back.
Avery's class made gingerbread cookies about 3 weeks ago but when they opened the oven he was gone. They have been looking for him since and rumor is he may return in time for a party on the 100th day of school.
I'm not sure what happened to basic readin', writin' and 'rithmatic but everything is hidden into the curriculum here.
